[updating] Units are air-conditioned and include a TV, whirlpool bathtub, washer/dryer and microwave. Studio units have both living and sleeping areas within the same room. Units are small, but well-appointed. UNIT VIEW IS NOT GUARANTEED & CAN'T BE CHANGED. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 sleep sofa and 1 Murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/ Pri 4 have either 1 or 1 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed & 1 sleep sofa. 1BR "loft" units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and 2BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. NO PETS ALLOWED. US$100 security deposit required at check-in (MC/VISA/Cash only); deposit refunded if no damage found when unit is inspected at check-out. Only (1) parking space allowed/per unit. *During March/April, 1 person checking-in must be 21 yrs/or older; if 20 or younger, guests must pay $200 deposit. Please call resort in advance if arriving after 10pm. Beach towels are provided. A bath towel exchange is available 9am-12pm daily. Check-in is between 3pm-10pm Saturday.
