[updating] Each cottage unit at Sedona Pines Resort is air-conditioned and has a full kitchen, telephone, television, VCR, dishwasher, whirlpool tub, CD/stereo system, and microwave oven with convection oven only. 1BR units OCC: Max 3/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 5/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. ALL units are NON- SMOKING. A credit card imprint is taken at check-in for damage deposit. No pets are allowed. If you arrive with a pet,you will not be allowed to check-in. PLEASE NOTE: With the 2 bedroom cottages, the 2nd bedroom is separated by a small porch; it is detached from the other bedroom. Resort is unable to provide an upgrade to a larger unit. The cottages are high quality modulars: 1BR units are 400 sq.ft. and 2BR units are 600 sq.ft. The resort has an on-site fitness center, lagoon spa that seats 20 and complimentary laundry facility.
