[updating] All resort units are air-conditioned and have two televisions and a washer/dryer. No 1st floor units are available for timeshare exchanges. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 baths and bed structures that vary. Resort enforces maximum occupancy restriction to six persons (inclusive of children). The resort has 3 floors and no elevators. No pets are allowed. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty and swimming is at your own risk. A damage deposit of US$150 is required at check-in payable by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Deposit will be returned about one week after check-out. A car is recommended to fully enjoy your stay. Office Hours: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri Sat 9am-5pm Office is closed on Wednesday & Sunday. The office is located at the west end of the building through the iron gate and next to the laundry room. Check-in time is 3pm-5pm. If running late, please contact the resort office.
