Each unit includes a washer/dryer, 2 color televisions with VCR and/or DVD player, gas only burning fire place and kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed & a sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 1 1/2 baths (some with whirlpool tub), queen bed & sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 or 2 baths with whirlpool tub, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds & a sleep sofa or 1 queen bed, 1 double bed & a sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 3/4 baths with a whirlpool, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds & a sleep sofa. A A CDN$20 utility surcharge is required. A CDN$500 security deposit is required. There is a minimal user fee or rental fee for most equipment. A CDN$1 deposit is required for pool towels.
