Studio units OCC: Max 3/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and a twin-size sofa bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, and a double sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 double beds and a double sleep sofa. Resort is 14 stories high and has 2 elevators. No pets allowed. Please contact resort if late arrival is anticipated. A US$200 security deposit is required at check-in. Any unit requiring a "heavy cleaning" will result in a US$50 charge to the guest plus US$50 per hour. Any and all damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest at a rate 125% of the replacement cost. SINCE PARKING IS LIMITED, RV'S AND BOATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
