[updating] Units are cooled by a constant ocean breeze. Air conditioning is not necessary but, is provided at a metered rate. Each unit has a telephone and television and are luxuriously furnished. Hotel units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 has a mini- fridge, toaster, coffee maker and a place setting for 2 people, and one king bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 king beds and a pull out sofa. Maximum occupancy of unit may not be exceeded. Fees will be levied for violating this policy. There is construction of a new building on-site and the restaurant renovation, however it will remain open for business. Please contact the resort if you have concerns about the construction, as they do not expect for it to interfere with your vacation experience.
