A car is required to fully enjoy the area. Security deposit is required at check-in. The resort has 3 floors with no elevators. The units do not have air-conditioning, but there are ceiling fans in all rooms, balconies on each side and ocean breezes. The resort must collect a Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax ranging from US$15 to US$35 per interval confirmed based on the unit size and a utility surcharge of US$50 per stay.
