Resort has two levels, no elevators. No pets are allowed. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Mid-week maid service is available for a fee. The front desk is open 24 hours. The resort has gated access. Shuttle service to the theme parks is available for a fee & can be arranged through Guest Services.
