[updating] Each unit at MROP at Kauai Beach Villas is air-conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker and toaster. Amenities also include a washer/ dryer, telephone, stereo, television and VCR. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths with 1 king bed and a sofa sleeper. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed or 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. All units have a sofa sleeper. The resort has three floors and no elevators. No pets are permitted. Guests are encouraged to check-in at the PAHIO Resorts counter located at the Lihue Airport which is open from 6:00 AM until the last flight arrives. The Resort Managers office (C-2) is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for your convenience. Hawaii charges a Transient Accommodations tax that ranges between US$24-US$36 per inter- val confirmed based on unit size. A car is required to fully enjoy the area. The Radisson Hotel located next door to the resort restricts access to many of their facilities and amenities to only those registered guests staying there.
