Each unit is air-conditioned, has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, telephone, television, fireplace, washer/dryer and a whirlpool tub. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Private occupancy must be adhered to. Lake Tara Townhouse is open Mon - Thurs 9am - 5pm, Check-in time is Friday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm. Late arrivals AND PEOPLE BRINGING WATERCRAFT, must contact Lake Tara Townhouse III office in advance to make check-in arrangements. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest MUST present RCI confirmation upon check-in. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in (credit card imprint). Fees are charged for some amenities. Contact the office for a complete schedule of fees. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Resort enforces state law, inbounds bringing their own boats must show proof of minimum US$300,000 liability insurance coverage.
