[updating] All units at La Casa del Sol are air- conditioned and have 2 televisions and a full kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Resort has 2 floors - no elevators. A US $200 security deposit, payable by cash or credit card, is required upon check-in. Long distance calls can be made only with a calling card. NO PETS ALLOWED. There is no check-in after 6:00PM on Fridays. If you anticipate a late arrival, please contact the resort office in advance, no later than 6PM on Friday. All units are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the property, but not in the rooms. The property is located 1.5 blocks from the beach.
