Kiawah's award- winning master plan features two self- contained resort villages. Golf, tennis, shopping and dining are strategically located -- all within comfortable walking or bicycling distance from rental & timeshare accommodations. To fully enjoy the areas of the island and Charleston, a car is strongly recommended. Accommodations include 1BR units with OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 -or- Max 4/Pri 4. The 2BR units contain OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 -or- Max 6/ Pri 6. 3BR units have OCC: Max 6/Pri 6. Bed structures vary from unit to unit. All accommodations are air-conditioned & offer TV & a washer/dryer. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. There is no public transportation on the island. For many of the area's amenities fees are charged; please call the resort for details. There are no swimming pool ammenities available to guests.
