[updating] All units have a telephone, television with VCR, a stereo, gas fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 full bath, 1 half bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa, or 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. The resort is multi-level with stairs leading to all units and there is no elevator. Resort is at 7500 ft. altitude. People with heart or breathing conditions should check with their physicians. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Winter driving conditions will require chains or snow tires. If you plan to arrive late, you MUST call the resort in advance. Daily Housekeeping services are not included as the units are fully equipped. Check with the front desk on the towel exchange service. Resort operates under a NON-SMOKING POLICY. GUESTS ARE PERMITTED TO SMOKE OUTSIDE THE UNITS ONLY.
