[updating] All units at Fantasy Island II are air- conditioned and feature a balcony or patio, cable television, and a full kitchen with a microwave oven and dishwasher. All units have a whirlpool tub (a regular tub with jets). 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 or 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. Not all units have an ocean view. The resort will be unable to relocate you to a unit with a different view. Late arrivals must contact the resort in advance for check-in procedures. The check-out time of 10:00a.m. is strictly enforced. Pets are not allowed. The resort requires all occupants to be over 21 unless accompanied by a parent. Please bring your own beach towels because condominium towels are not to be taken out of the units. A mid-week towel exchange is provided. Maid service is available for a nominal fee.
