All condo units are on beach side of the highway with a few not having a gulf view. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1.5 or 2 baths, 2 queen beds, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 or 1.5 baths, 2 queen size beds, and 1 sleeper sofa. Some buildings have more than one floor - no elevator. No pets are allowed. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. A US$300 security deposit is required at check-in, payable by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or cash. The resort is handicapped accessible, although handicapped accessible units should be requested and are not gaurenteed.
