[updating] The resort property is comprised of buildings on the beach and across the street. Units 101, 102, 112, 113, 116 and 122 are the only oceanfront units. All other units are NOT oceanfront and many are located across the street. Some units are EXTREMELY small. The resort is sold out and they are unable to change units. Please DO NOT ask resort to move you. All units have a television and a full kitchen. Studio units (a one room unit) OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have either 2.5 baths or 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. Credit card imprint or US$100 check is required at check-in as security deposit - refunded following check-out. Bring proof of citizenship. No pets allowed. Resort has two floors and no elevators. Campers, RVs, boats, & trailers cannot park at resort. Office opens at 8am M-F.
