All 1 and 2 bedroom units have fireplaces and well- equipped kithens. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 contain 1 bath (with tub & shower), 1 king bed & 1 queen sleeper sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 contain 2 full baths (the master bath has a whirlpool & shower), 1 king bed and 2 double beds. The 1BR and 2BR units can be combined with a shared lock-off foyer and reserved as a 3BR villa. A security deposit/credit card imprint is required at check-in. NO PETS, RVs, or BOAT TRAILERS are allowed on property. Having a car is recommended. All buildings have elevators. Crown Park Resort is a new property.
