There is no on-site laundry faciliies available. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 sleep sofa and a whirlpool tub. Please notify the resort if you plan on arriving late. No pets are allowed at the resort. There is no elevator on property. There is a fee for use of some amenities. There is a US $100 security deposit required at check-in. Children of all ages will enjoy "Babyland General", home of the Cabbage Patch Kids in Cleveland, GA. Some amenities are not available before Memorial Day. No smoking inside the units,only on the porches or decks. !!!!!!!!! No dirt bikes are allowed on property.
