[updating] All units at Breezy Point Timeshare are air-conditioned and have at least one television, a VCR and a microwave oven. Some units have a fireplace, dishwasher, whirlpool spa and/or washer/dryer. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king or queen bed, 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 or 2 baths, 2 queen or full beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/ Pri 6 have 2 baths and varying combinations of queen, double or bunk beds and a pull out sofa. The resort is unable to reassign units. No pets allowed. A credit card imprint or check is required at check-in as a security deposit. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. The resort has 2 floors, NO elevator. Units have multiple steps. Units 547 and 509 are ADA handicapped accessible. These units MUST be reserved in-advance for accommodation.
