Breezy Point Timeshare is the collaborative effort of eleven individual Timeshare Owner Associations. The Chalets, Pelican Pines, Breezy Center, Pelican Bay, Pelican Greens, Pelican Woods, High Village, Point Condo, Point Place, Pelican Shores and Marina Bay. While the buildings themselves are not new, the units are continually updated. Updates include new kitchens, decks, jacuzzi tubs, carpet, sofas, chairs, wallpaper and paint.
