[updating] All Blue Whale condominiums include a television and have a full kitchen with a dishwasher & microwave oven. All units have showers but no tubs. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a 3/4 bath, 1 king bed, & 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have two 3/4 baths, 2 king beds, & 1 sleep sofa. If you anticipate a late arrival, please notify the resort in advance for check-in instructions. To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended. The resort has two floors and no elevators. Although the resort property is near the ocean, not all units have an ocean view. Recreational vehicles are not allowed on the premises. Because parking is limited, only one space per unit is available. No pets are allowed at the resort. Please note that unit # 12 has a bedroom that is accessed by a seperate entrance. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. **THE RESORT HAS A NON-SMOKING POLICY IN ALL OF THEIR UNITS.**
