[updating] All units at North Harbor III are air- conditioned and have a TV, VCR, telephone, microwave and dishwasher. All units have a full kitchen, except 7B and 11B, which have no oven. Some units have a washer and dryer, and additional laundry facilities are on-site. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 1/2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. Units ending with "B" are upstairs and ground floor units have stairs leading to the entry. Some buildings are 2 floors without elevators. Office hours are limited. Check-in is 3-6pm on Friday. Early check-in cannot be accommodated, and if you will arrive after 6pm on Friday, please contact the resort 24 hours in advance to make arrangements or you will be unable to check-in until the following morning. The office is closed Wed., Sun. and holidays. Resort requires a US$100 security deposit payable by cash, VISA or MasterCard, refundable after 10 days. NO EXCEPTIONS. A car is recommended to enjoy the area.
