[updating] This is a beautiful new building. Resort has a brand new swimming pool. Each unit has a large porch with either an ocean or garden view. Ocean view is not guaranteed. Units feature a cozy living room with color tv, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic stovetop and a large refrigerator with icemaker. All rooms are air conditioned, have a personal safe and an en-suite bathroom. Baby bed and or child seat are available upon request. US and Canadian citizens must show proof of citizenship and a return ticket to meet immigrations requirements. Depart tax is US$20 per person. Government tax of US$6.5 per night per person applies.
