[updating] All vacation condominiums at Water's Edge Resort are air-conditioned and have a TV with VCR, fireplace and a partial kitchen. 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen or king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR Loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen or king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Check-in time is 5 pm and check-out time is 10 am. These times are strictly en- forced. Pets are not permitted. Advance reservations are suggested for resort dining. The resort is on two levels with no elevator. All 1 BR for 6 are located on the second floor with no elevator access. Resort will not change unit reservation. Valet parking is available. Bellman are also available to assist with luggage. The resort does not take requests for water- view units, assignments are subject to change at the discretion of the management providing management does not change the size of the accomodations. Resort Activ- ities are available during prime summer season only. Dining room is closed Christ- mas Day & New Year's Eve. Children in diapers are not permitted in the resort pools. **Roller blades, skate boards and scooters are not allowed on property**
