Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, either 2 twin beds or 1 king bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2 BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and either 1 sleep sofa or 1 murphy bed. The resort is two levels, no elevator. Occupancy limits are enforced. Resort cannot upgrade unit size. No pets are allowed at the resort. Telephones in all units; and there are 8 pay phones on site. Rollaways, cribs and port-a-cribs are available for rent. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Please note all the facilities such as tennis, swimming, golf, etc. are within walking distance from the units. They are not owned by the resort, therefore, fees will be charged accordingly.
