Studios OCC: Max 3/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 twin sleep sofa and 1 queen murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 queen bed and 1 queen murphy bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths and 2 queen beds. Keys, room assignments and parking cards will be assigned at the front desk. A refundable deposit of US$50 per security key and US$25 per parking key is required at check-in. No pets are allowed. Having a car is not necessary as city bus service is available and city parking is limited. Occupancy strictly enforced. Check in is at Royal Kuhio 2240 Kuhio Ave. If arriving after 5:00 pm, the security guard on duty will provide keys and check in information. Emergency number if needed: 808/923-1856. Resort must collect a local Transient Accommodations Tax upon check-in. Rates will vary from $US15.00 to $US35.00 based upon unit size.
