[updating] Each Tropical Sands Resort unit is air- conditioned and features a screened porch, 3 televisions, a VCP, and a CD player. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Units D1, D2, D3, K1, K2, and K3 face a wall mural & DO NOT HAVE A VIEW. Resort is unable to change units once confirmed. Occupancy strictly enforced. The resort requires all occupants to be over 23 unless accompanied by a parent. An RCI Guest Certificate is required to check in and identification is required. Guests will NOT be allowed to check-in if have more than 6 people. Pets are NOT allowed. Office hours: 9-5 Mon-Sat; 9-12 Sun. Notify the resort in advance if arriving after hours to obtain check-in procedures. If you are expecting calls, the last three numbers of the unit number indicate the phone extension. Sorry, no boats or campers please. Beaches suitable for swimming are located 2 miles south, or at one of the public beaches. A towel exchange and beach towels are not provided
