[updating] The accommodations at Tristram's Landing are as quaint and comfortable as the island itself. All units have cable television and a direct-line phone. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 queen pull out sofa, 1 triple bunk bed and 2 twin beds and include a washer/dryer in the unit. A non-refundable US$50 surcharge per unit for utilities/administrative costs due to island conditions will be charged to all exchange guests at the resort. There is also a US$200 refundable security deposit required at check in. No pets are allowed. No elevator. Bicycles, canoes, sailboats and windsurfers are available for rent from late June through mid-September. The tennis pro shop is open at this time and available for lessons or matches.
