Studio units OCC: Max 3/Pri 2 or Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR loft units OCC: Max 10/Pri 10 have 4 1/2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twins beds and 1 sleep sofa. Mid-week cleaning services are available for an additional fee. No pets are allowed. A car is not necessary to enjoy Breckenridge, but may be useful when exploring the outlying area. As ski season varies from year to year, please be sure to contact the resort or research the local ski areas in-advance to determine when the ski slopes will be opened.
