[updating] All units at The Courtyards are air- conditioned, have a television and a full kitchen with a microwave oven. Although some units have fireplaces, it is against city regulations to have fires (all chimneys are blocked). 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have either 1 bath or 1.7 baths, 1 queen or king bed & 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed and a sleep sofa. Check-in between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Friday only, at 1428 Royal Street. Check- out is 10:00 am.! IF YOU ANTICIPATE A LATE ARRIVAL, CONTACT THE RESORT WELL IN- ADVANCE TO ADVISE, AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. The resort is a 3 story townhouse with no elevators. There is a US$100 deposit fee. No pets are allowed. The resort is located within walking distance of all major activities; a car is not necessary nor recommended. On-site parking is not provided. However, limited parking may be available on Royal St. Commerical garages and/or lots are located w/in 3-15 blocks. *NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE UNITS*
