Many steps are required to access all units; all units are multi-level. No elevators. There are no handicapped accessible units. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths and master bed/1 queen, guest bed/2 doubles and built in wall couches. UNIT OCCUPANCY IS ENFORCED UNDER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION RULES AND REGULATIONS. A US$50 security deposit and your RCI confirmation are required at check-in. The child care center is open year round providing day care only. Some amenities are seasonal and discounts are available. A car is recommended due to the the size of the resort. Parking is limited. Shuttle service is only available on the resort property during scheduled hours. A kitchen starter pack is provided. Daily maid service and pool towels are NOT provided.
