[updating] All units at the resort are air- conditioned, and have a telephone and cable television. All kitchens have a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The units are small and the bed structure in the units vary and may be double, queen or king beds, and pull out sofa depending on occupancy. Studio units have 1 bath. 1 BR units have 1 or 2 baths. 2 BR units have 2 or 3 baths. An elevator is available. Exchange guests should be aware that most units do not have an ocean view. The resort cannot honor requests for specific units, or views. Unit views are NOT guaranteed. The resort requires a US$100 refundable security deposit at check-in. If using a guest certificate, someone in the party needs to be 21 in order to check in. No pets are allowed. To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended. ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE PER UNIT. OFFICE HOURS ARE 8AM TO 5PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, 8AM TO 8PM ON SATURDAY, 10AM TO 3PM ON SUNDAY.
