There is no air-conditioning; however, tropical island trade winds keep units cool. 1BR units OCC:Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 king bed. 2BR units OCC:Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 king in the Master Bedroom & 1 queen, 2 double or 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have a king bed in two of the bedrooms & 2 double beds in the third bedroom. All units have a sleeper sofa in the living room. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island. The resort is required, by the State of Hawaii, to collect a transient occupancy tax ranging from US$26.00 to US$27.00 per unit per week based on the unit type. Resort has two floors and no elevator.
