[updating] Each Oceanside 99 unit has air- conditioning, a television, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. If a late or early arrival is anticipated, guests should call ahead and make arrangements with the manager, as the resort's office is not open 24 hours. Check-in is located on the lower level of the parking garage. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in. Check-in is 3pm and check out is 9:00am. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday 8:00am-8:00pm and Sunday 9:00am- 2:00pm. Please call the resort in advance if arriving after 8pm Saturday. During March/April, 1 person checking in must be 21 yrs/or older; if 20 or younger, guests must pay $200 deposit. Pets are not allowed. To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended.
