[updating] All units at Mayfield Beach & Tennis are townhouses which contain air-conditioning, television, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a telephone. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 and have 2.5 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a double pull-out sofa in living room. Both bedrooms are located on second floor of townhouse. Units are best suited for 4 adults and 2 children. Resort office open Mon-Sat 9am-5pm. If you plan to arrive outside of those hours please contact resort in advance to make arrangements. A credit card imprint is required as a security deposit. The departure tax from Freeport is approx. US$18 per person. A room rate tax of 6% (approx. US$27 per unit/week) will be charged at check-out time. All guests pay a utility surcharge based on energy consumption of US$.19 cents per KWH used and is paid at check-out, each unit has its own meter. Minimum age of 21 years enforced for name of person on RCI exchange confirmation. Checkout time of 10am is strictly enforced
