[updating] All units at Laguna Surf are air- conditioned and have a fireplace, television, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator with ice maker. Not all units have an ocean view. All units are 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed, and 1 double murphy bed. Unit view is not guaranteed. Please notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival. All confirmations are final; neither RCI nor the resort can move you to another unit. Only 1 parking space per unit. There is a per car fee for additional parking. Please contact the resort in advance for further details. To fully enjoy the area a car is recommended. No pets are allowed. The resort is located on a busy street and guests may experience some traffic noise. The city of Laguna Beach requires a Transient Occupancy Tax to be collected by the resort. The charge is US$13.87 per night and is subject to change. Resort office hours are Sat - Thur 8:00AM - 8:00PM, Friday 8:00AM - 10:00PM.
