[updating] All units at Island Resort & Golf Club are air-conditioned and contain a television, microwave oven, iron and ironing board. THERE ARE NO PHONES IN THE UNITS -HOWEVER, THERE ARE TWO PAY PHONES ON SITE. Messages can be delivered 24 hours a day. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 with 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and two twin day beds. No pets are permitted. There is a US$25 key deposit and a US$25 utilities surcharge deposit payable by cash, traveler's checks or personal check. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. The deposits are refundable if utilities usage does not exceed 170 kilowatt hours per week. A hotel tax of US$20 per unit week is due upon check-in. The Freeport departure tax is approximately US$20 per person. One person in party must be at least 23 years old. If you plan to arrive after 7pm please contact resort in advance to make arrangements for check-in.
