[updating] All units have air-conditioning, a mini- kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and patio or balcony with a BBQ. Studio units, which are upstairs with vaulted ceilings, are OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR units, which are downstairs, are OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Recommended adult occupancy for both units is 2. A US$100 refundable security/key deposit is required at check-in. All studio units are on the 2nd floor. NO ELEVATORS. Partial maid service is provided mid-week. Outside of routine office hours there are no services provided, and NO PLANNED ACTIVITIES. Pets are not permitted. RV's are not permitted to park in the city of Indian Wells by city ordinance. UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. Office hours are Friday 4PM to 8PM and Saturday 9AM to noon. Closed on Sunday. IMPORTANT: If arriving after 8PM Friday or after noon on Saturday, you must call in advance to obtain check-in instructions to the units. This after hours check-in service fee is $US25.
