[updating] Each unit features a whirlpool spa, Roman tub, fireplace, TV, washer/dryer, air- conditioning and kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 with 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. All units are oceanfront. Units located on the first floor DO NOT have ocean view due to sand dunes. No ck-in onsite. Keys pick- ed up in box located at rear of the car- port by the pay phone. Keys are in envel- ope marked with names & unit numbers. The resort has three floors - no elevators. Indoor swimming pool is no longer avail. Outdoor pool is available and can be utilized during the season. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No pets are allowed. Campers and motor- homes are not permitted to park on the property; limited parking for additional vehicles. To fully enjoy the area a car is recommended. RESORT CANNOT ACCOMODATE REQUESTS TO CHANGE UNITS.
