Other unit amenities include a private telephone line, 2 televisions and VCR. All 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds, 1 murphy bed, and 1 sleep sofa. All units are accessible by stairs and have a marina view balcony. Please note that the resort is unable to accommodate unit upgrades. No pets are allowed. Security deposit is required at check in. Amenities are charged separately. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday - Sunday 8am-7pm. Please note: There are no boat rentals at this resort. Sailing Charters are available for a fee during the summer months only. Fishing Charters are also available at the ocean which is 40 miles from the resort.
