Also included is a television, VCR, telephone, iron/board, oscillating fan, and a gas fireplace. The units are 'not' air-conditioned. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a queen bed, and a queen sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds, and a queen sleep sofa. There is a privacy curtain around the bed in the living room area. Resort has an elevator. NO pets are allowed. A US$250 security deposit required at check-in payable by cash or Visa/MC/Discover/Amex imprint for keys, remote control, video tapes, and room damage; refunded at check-out when above items are returned. Office hours: 8 am to 5 pm Sunday-Thursday, and 8 am to 10 pm Friday and Saturday. You MUST call to make special arrangements for arrivals after office hours, or to arrange for boat docking. The resort has a TTR phone and television decoder for hearing impaired guests.
