All units are 2BR loft units OCC: Max 8/ Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 sleep sofa and 2 twin beds in the loft. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced which includes children and infants. $100 security deposit required at check-in. Golf, tennis, fitness center, and lap pool weekly amenity package is available: $120 (December 1-March 31), $169 (April 1-November 30) for 1-4 guests and $199/$269 for 5-8 guests. After 5PM check-in (closed Sunday) use combination lock box (#1919) at Golf Club Villas side entrance to Century 21 Building. Swim Club (outdoor pool) is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Access to the resort is by mountainous and hilly roads. There are several steps leading to most units. NO motorhomes, motorcycles, or campers are allowed on the premises. NO PETS ALLOWED! The property encompasses several hundred acres, therefore guests need to drive to amenities. Check-in office is not located at resort address.
