Some units have a built-in wet- bar, a whirlpool tub, and/or a fireplace. The 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds or 1 queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have either 2 1/2 or 3 baths. Units with full baths have a bath tub or a shower. THE RESORT HAS A COUPLE DIFFERENT PHASES OF UNITS, WHICH MEANS THE FLOOR PLANS WILL VARY FROM PHASE TO PHASE. Pets are strictly prohibited. CALL RESORT IF ARRIVING LATE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS, 800/541-4905. MOST UNITS CONTAIN STEPS. Check in is on premises at P.O.A. office from 4pm to 5pm on Friday and Sunday. A credit card is required upon check in. There is no charge for the outdoor tennis, indoor/outdoor pools, and fitness center. Guests are charged a fee for racquetball, indoor tennis, golf and rental equipment.
