Units are multi-story condominium style and some units face the lake. 1BR units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, and a queen bed. 1BR units Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 or 1.5 baths, and either 2 queen beds, or 1 queen bed and 1 double or twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 baths with varying bed structures. No pets allowed. All units have stairs leading to the unit. Some buildings have 3 floors - no elevators. A car is necessary to enjoy the area. The resort is located in a dry county. Branson, MO. is about a 3 hour drive from the resort. ONCE THE UNIT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, THE RESORT IS NO LONGER ABLE TO MOVE GUESTS TO A DIFFERENT UNIT. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT.
