This is a non-smoking property. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have either a 3/4 bath (no tub) or 1 full bath, 1 king bed, and a sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have either a 3/4 bath or 1 full bath, 1 sleep sofa, and either a king bed or a queen bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. NOTICE: City Ordinance prohibits occupancy to exceed what is stated for each unit size. Violators are subject to immediate eviction and a fine of US$100 per day per person, including babies and children, exceeding the limit. The resort is across the street from the beach. There are many on-site amenities and area attractions. NO pets are allowed. There is a US$100 refundable security deposit at check-in. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Check-in time is Saturday 4-6pm. Office is closed on Sunday. If you will arrive after 6pm on Saturday or on Sunday, you must contact the resort in advance to make arrangements.
