[updating] Bel-Air accommodations are air-conditioned and feature large spacious units, private balconies, cable television, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bel-Air Beach Club has whole-owned condominiums and some timeshare units. The timeshare units have a limited view of the gulf.THE RESORT DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO RELOCATE YOU TO A UNIT WITH A DIFFERENT VIEW. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6, with 1 3/4 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. The resort has a private beach. No pets are allowed. The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same size and occupancy as the unit confirmed. Office hours are Monday through Saturday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Sunday. If you plan on arriving after 5 pm on Saturday, or on Sunday, please contact the resort in advance for late check-in procedures. THE RESORT DOES NOT SPONSOR ANY ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES. The resort has some undercover parking. The resort cannot accommodate trailers, motor homes, mopeds, boats or jet ski's.
