[updating] Your vacation home offers a television, whirlpool tub, VCR, stereo, fireplace, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan in some units, and a microwave oven in each unit. Unit view not guaranteed. 2BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4, have a full bath, a king or queen bed and 2 twin beds. 1BR loft units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6, have 2 full baths, a king or queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6, have 2 full baths, 1 king or queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 baths, 1 king bed or queen, 2 twin beds and 2 sleep sofas. There is a steep hill leading to the resort. RV's will not be able to make it to the top of the hill. The resort provides an information packet of things to do in the area. No pets are allowed. Ground floor and handicap accessible units are limited. Points inbounds will be charged a cleaning fee of $50 if changing units or staying a partial week. A US$50 security deposit is required payable by credit card or personal check. The security deposit will be refunded by mail within 7 days after check-out. Credit card imprints are destroyed.
