Studio units OCC: Max 2 have 1 bathroom and a murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bathroom, 1 king bed and a murphy bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have a king bed, 2 twin beds and a murphy bed or 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a murphy bed. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 bath rooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a murphy bed. Due to local municipality tax laws, the resort will require the collection of an occupancy tax. Accommodations tax is approximately US$9.00 to US$17.00 PER NIGHT, BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE UNIT.
