The resort does not offer housekeeping service; however, your first night's coffee is provided. Resort requires a credit card imprint at check-in. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at noon. Please call 831/384-3455 for late check- in. NO PETS ALLOWED. Resort operates under a NON-SMOKING POLICY. GUESTS ARE PERMITTED TO SMOKE OUTSIDE UNITS. The local government charges an occupancy tax of approximately US$109 per unit per week.
