[updating] Each unit at Vacation Villas at The Summit has television, telephone, air conditioner and a microwave. Hotel units Occ 2/2 have a king bed, one bath. 1BR+loft Max 6/Pri 4 have one bath, onequeeen bed, one full bed, and a sleeper sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 full beds and sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1.7 baths, 2 king beds and a queen sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2.7 baths, 3 king beds and queen sleep sofa. Stairs are required to access all units and to access the upper bedroom in 2BR and 3BR units. NO PETS ALLOWED. The resort requires either US$100 cash security deposit or a personal check at check-in. Cash deposits will be refunded within a week of check-out. The resort is located in a tranquil country setting. Activities and amenities in the surrounding area are limited. The pool, horseback riding and restaurant are seasonal, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
